TERMS OF SERVICE
By commissioning me, you agree to the terms of service below. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.GENERAL TERMS
- Commissions are for personal use only. For example, you can use it as an icon, header, or thumbnail.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
- Visual references are appreciated (character, pose, expression, etc). For OCs, references are required.
- I will draw fanart, OCs/sonas, ships, slight NSFW (partial nudity), and kemonomimi.
- I will not draw NSFW, furry, and mecha.
- I have the right to decline any commission request for any reason.PAYMENT
- All prices are listed in USD.
- Full payment is upfront via PayPal invoice.
- After the payment is received, there are strictly no refunds. If I am unable to complete the commission, I will issue a full or partial refund depending on the amount of work completed.PROCESS
- To request a slot, DM or email me with your commission request. Please provide a description and references.
- After discussing commission details, I will send a PayPal invoice.
- After payment is made, I will begin working on the commission.
- I will send WIPs for approval.
- 2 free major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Only minor revisions can be made for free afterwards. Each additional major revision will require an extra fee.
- Major revisions include redrawing a large portion of the drawing, such as a different pose or outfit.
- Minor revisions include changing a color and adding or redrawing a detail.
- The finished commission will be sent as a PNG through email.
- Turnaround time: 1 week to 2 months, depending on the commission complexity and my workload. I will inform you about any delays.
- Please let me know if there is a deadline for when I need to finish the commission by or if I need to keep the commission private until a certain date.COPYRIGHT AND USAGE
- I (the artist) retain all rights to the commissioned art. I am allowed to post the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio.
- Commissions are for personal use only. You (the client) may post the artwork on your social media or use it for icons, banners, or thumbnails. Please credit me when using the commission.
- The commissioned art is not allowed to be used for any AI or NFT related purposes.
