Terms of Service
General Terms:
- Commissions are for personal use only.
- Prices may vary depending on the complexity of the commission.
- Visual references are appreciated (character, pose, expression, etc). For OCs, references are required.
- I will draw fan art, OCs, and kemonomimi.
- I will not draw NSFW, furry, and mecha.
- I have the right to decline any commission request.Payment:
- All prices are in USD.
- Payment is upfront via PayPal invoice.
- After the payment is received, there are strictly no refunds. If I am unable to complete the commission, I will issue a refund.Process:
- DM me @WhimCB on Twitter with your commission request. Provide a description and references.
- After discussing commission details, I will send a PayPal invoice.
- After payment is made, I will begin working on the commission.
- I will send WIPs for approval.
- 2 free major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage. Only minor revisions can be made for free afterwards. Each additional major revision will require an extra fee.
- Major revisions include redrawing a large portion of the drawing, such as a different pose or outfit.
- Minor revisions include changing a color or adjusting or redrawing a detail.
- The finished commission will be sent as a PNG through email.
- Commissions may take up to 2 months to complete.Copyright and Usage:
- I (the artist) retain all rights to the commissioned art. I am allowed to post the artwork on my social media and include it in my portfolio.
- Commissions are for personal use only. You (the commissioner) may post the artwork on your social media or use it for icons, banners, or thumbnails. Please credit me when using the commission.
- The commissioned art is not allowed to be used for NFT or AI purposes.
